DaJH Diagnostics, Diagnostic Video Service Calls, were designed for those individuals that have a basic understanding of, and experience in, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing various, electrical and mechanical issues

During the Diagnostic Video Call, the Service Technician, is, of course, not on site, and so, must necessarily, rely on the skills and basic, diagnostic abilities of the customer, to fully understand, and be able to follow exactly, the instructions of the Service Technician during the Video Service Call, and to correctly relay the results back to the Service Technician.

All persons physically performing the diagnostic or repair services, on site, during a Video Service Call are assumed to, and must possess, some previous experience and knowledge or skill in diagnosing and/or repairing electrical and mechanical equipment

All persons physically performing the diagnostic or repair services on site during a Video Service Call are assumed to, and must possess, some training and knowledge in all safety areas involved with testing electrical and or mechanical equipment.

It is understood that by agreeing to this safety waiver the customer is stating and verifying that they have experience and or training in electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repair and are aware of all the dangers involved when testing electrical equipment and mechanical equipment and has been trained to take precautions and will take all necessary precautions during the diagnostic video service call

DaJH Diagnostics and its Service Technicians are in no way responsible for, nor liable for, any damages, caused by, or extra costs involved, that are the result of improper information being received from the customer during the Video Service Call or as a direct result of customer error during the diagnostic process or the installation process.
