TOOLS REQUIRED

Before scheduling a video service call, please read and review the entire list of tools that are required.

- Straight screwdrivers. All sizes

- Phillips screwdrivers. All sizes

- Nut driver set 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2"

- Good box end wrench set

- Good socket set. 3/8" drive and 1/4" drive

- Allen wrenches

- Channel lock pliers (med size)

- Channel lock pliers (large size) if PVC unions need taken off)

- Needle nose pliers

- Diagonal wire cutter

- Wire stripper and crimper

- Voltmeter/Ampmeter capable of testing a/c and d/c voltage up to 240v  as well as ohms, continuity, and amperage.

- Electrical tape

Customer MUST have every tool on the list with him/her at the time of the video service call. 

If the diagnostics are unsuccessful because the customer does not have the correct tools or the knowledge to use them, the diagnostic charge will not be refunded and a new video service  call will need to be reacheduled at the normal rates.
