Tool Requirements

Having the right tools for the right job is essential and could make the difference between getting the job done correctly or not getting the job done at all

Please ensure that you have every tool that is listed below on hand and ready to be used at the time of the video service call. The more tools you have, the better chance of success.

Some repairs could possibly take even more specialty tools. If you have any questions about any extra tools that may be needed, you may contact DaJH Diagnostics and request advice about any extra tools that might be needed

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the necessary tools are available, during the Video Service Call,

Any Video Service Call that has to be rescheduled because the customer does not have the proper tools will still be subject to the diagnostic charge.

- Straight screwdrivers. Sm. Med. Lg. sizes

- Phillips screwdrivers. Sm.  Med. Lg. sizes

- Nut driver set 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2"

- Good box end wrench set

- Good socket set. 3/8" drive and 1/4" drive

- Allen wrenches

- Channel lock pliers (med size)

- Channel lock pliers (large size) if PVC unions need taken off)

- Needle nose pliers

- Diagonal wire cutter

- Wire stripper and crimper

- Voltmeter/Ampmeter capable of testing a/c and d/c voltage up to 240v  as well as ohms, continuity, and amperage.

- Electrical tape
