DaJH Diagnostics main function is being an off site, consulting firm that provides customers with on-line, swimming pool and hot tub, diagnostics services and advise, which the customer is free to accept or not accept, at their own discretion.

The on-line, service technician bases the majority of his deductions on the accuracy of the input received from the customers (who is  doing the actual, on-site diagnostics).

The on -line, service technician also relies on the skills and basic diagnostic abilities of the customer to understand, and be able to follow, the instructions of the service technician, in the testing of different, electrical or mechanical, components and relay the results, correctly, back to the technician.

The customer, performs, and therefore, is directly responsible for 100% of the physical work required to diagnose the problem and for replacing the faulty components.
